This is a reference regarding the services supplied by “The Doc Yacht Services” in supply of provisions to the Motor Yacht Lady Azul. First thought, would the high quality and standard of the provisions supplied, these were 5 star restaurant standard, which meets the demands of the owner and guests onboard. Some of the best quality i have seen in sometime. It showed the high standard and restaurant experience Omar and Davide have. Also the system of ordering the food was simple and straight forward with a number system due to there catalogue (book) supplied. The Doc also surprise me in some orders, as being an Asian Chef i requested some usual items which they were able to supply without effort. At all times quality was high and delivery to the yacht regardless of the location were on time as stated. I would recommend their service to any Chef wether on a Yacht or shore based. I look forward to the continue service and team work supplied.
